Cine Qua Non Inc. is dedicated to producing media that educates and entertains, primarily documentaries and ancillary media. Their fiscal sponsorship program oversees media projects, and has administered funds from: Gov’t: NEH, NEA, state arts & humanities councils, ITVS, foreign cultural agencies, and many more. Foundations: Over 100, including Ford, Rockefeller, MacArthur, Hewlett, Packard. Individual donors and small family funds: grants ranging from $10 – $ 30,000.
