Services we offer projects:
- Organizational development: Organizational development services are individually tailored to each project.
- Receiving property and stock donations
- Other: Rose Foundation helps projects raise charitable donations and can provide management and strategic planning assistance to build their organizational capacity. Temporary projects may also be ideal candidates for fiscal sponsorship, because this allows the project to focus on achieving its program objectives, rather than the administrative issues and costs inherent in establishing a new corporation and seeking IRS recognition of charitable status.

Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment is a grantmaking public charity that specializes in administering mitigation payments and class-action settlement awards, and using these funds to support grassroots-based conservation, social justice, and consumer protection projects in close conformance with the nexus of the specific settlement. Rose Foundation has pursued its goals since our founding in 1992, awarding more than $50 million in community grants, training and empowering 160 youth environmental leaders annually in our New Voices Are Rising program, and acting as a fiscal sponsor to 40 projects.
