Organization description:
LDRF is a people-first organization. Our staff works directly with those impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita to learn firsthand about their needs, strengths and aspirations. LDRF stands firm in its conviction that groups historically disenfranchised by racial discrimination and economic hardship must have access to sufficient resources and opportunities; thus, the foundation insists that equity and inclusion be not just one goal among others, but the lens through which we see each and every undertaking for post-hurricane betterment.
