Fiscal sponsorship fee:
Foundation Administrative Fee Policy and Schedule: A. Administrative Fees. The foundation will charge permanent endowed funds, and provisional nonendowed funds a management fee. The management fee for services rendered during the 2003-04 foundation fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2004, will be an annual rate of 1.5% of the average monthly market value over one year. The fee is assessed monthly at 0.125% per month based upon the market value at the end of the previous month. B. Trusteeship of Charitable Remainder Trusts: The foundation will use current endowment fee schedule as the basis for administrative fees charged for Charitable Remainder Trusts, with the understanding that fees will be negotiated based on the anticipated value of the remainder interest to WLF as well as the complexity and likely duration of the trust. C. Minimum Fee. The minimum administrative fee for any fund will be $10 per month or $120 per year without consideration of the value or type of fund. D. Exemption from Fees: Donations or gifts that are added to existing funds or are valued at $500 or less and are expended within one month will not be charged an administrative fee. E. Grant Administration Fees: Fee charged for the administration of grants received by the foundation for programs, events or initiatives will be negotiated depending on the complexity and time required for administration. The minimum fee charged for grant administration will be 4% of the grant amount.

Organization description:
The foundation is a nonprofit organization with a number of separate restricted and unrestricted funds contributed by various donors. Each fund is managed separately and administered under the terms of the donor’s instructions. The main purpose of the foundation is to develop, manage, and distribute funding to meet present and future needs of the community consistent with the intent of each individual donor.
