  • Other: We review and give feedback on grant proposals, letters of inquiry, contribution letters, etc. We generate all of the 1099s for the independent contractor of all our sponsored projects and organizations for tax purposes on request. Our sponsorees get free listings on NYFA’s calendar of events on our Website. We give one-on-one consultations to discuss giving benefits, project or organizational development and any other issues our sponsored artists wish to discuss at no extra charge.

Organization description:
NYFA is a large, well-established arts service organization. Our mission is to empower artists at critical stages in their creative lives. Our core programs include a well-developed fiscal sponsorship program (national scope), the NYFA Source database with listings of over 8,000 awards, grants, services and opportunities for artists (national scope), and our fellowship program (New York state only), giving $7,000 in unrestricted funds to over 100 artists every year.
